Cocineros was a great class, I learned a lot about talking to agencies you’re not normally directed to like the health department. I also learned what other businesses needed and what a lot of their concerns were before I started my food truck park. It was awesome to get the right help at the right time when business started up. I am blessed to have met such amazing individuals help me in my business endeavors.

The OC MADE program helped me get the necessary insurance and all the permitting I needed to be a vendor at the OC Market Place. The SBDC helped me quadruple my sales and was the biggest driving force to the success that I’ve had…just continuing to do things the way that I was prior to working with the SBDC, I definitely don’t think I would be as successful as I am now.
