CalRecycle will be hosting the first in a series of workshops concerning potential structural reform of the Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Program. CalRecycle will present the rationale for pursuing structural reform at this time, and in order to kick-start the dialogue, we will provide a variety of potential ideas CalRecycle has complied to potentially address various structural reform issues and to ensure program integrity.
