CA Air Resources Board (CARB) & Cool California

CARB is a founding partner of Cool California, which provides quick, easy-to-use, and reliable tools for Californians to save money and reduce their impact on the climate.  Cool California also offers a Funding Wizard that enables businesses to search for grants, rebates, and incentives for sustainable projects. 

CA Department of General Services (DGS)

The Procurement Division at DGS serves as the principle purchasing agent for many State agencies/departments and awards contracts on their behalf. The Procurement Division also certifies Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises.

CA Department of Transportation (Caltrans)

The Division of Procurement and Contracts (DPAC) manages the procurement of publications, warehousing, service contracts, architectural and engineering contracts, minor public works contracts, and other goods and services.

CA Department of Veterans Affairs (CDVA)

The Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) program helps DVBEs compete more effectively for state dollars and promotes self-reliance for California's disabled veterans. The program establishes a goal of awarding 3% of all state contracts to certified disabled veterans.
